*Terms and Conditions for Servnet Exclusive Offer*

1. *Eligibility:* This offer (“Servnet Exclusive Offer”) is open to new customers who have not previously purchased an Alletra storage array from Servnet. Existing customers or those who have previously purchased an Alletra storage array are not eligible for this offer.

2. *Offer Details:* The Servnet Exclusive Offer entitles the customer to receive a free iPhone 15 Pro Max upon the purchase of any HPE Alletra Storage Arrays.

3. *First Order Only:* The offer is applicable only on the first order of an HPE Alletra Storage Array by a new customer. Subsequent orders will not qualify for this offer.

4. *Non-Transferable:* The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. *Availability:* The offer is subject to the availability of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. In the event that the iPhone 15 Pro Max is out of stock, Servnet reserves the right to substitute the iPhone 15 Pro Max with a product of equivalent value.

6. *Delivery:* The iPhone 15 Pro Max will be delivered to the address specified by the customer during the purchase of the HPE Alletra Storage Array. Servnet will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged iPhones once they have been dispatched for delivery.

7. *Modification & Termination:* Servnet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the offer will be communicated on the Servnet website.

8. *Acceptance:* By availing of this offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Servnet is located. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Servnet is located.
